India eves end campaign with 3rd straight defeat

The Indian women's cricket team was on Sunday knocked out of the World Twenty20 after suffering anarrow three-run defeat against the West Indies.

Replying to West Indies total 114 for eight, India made amess of their chase, managing 111 for nine and suffered theirthird defeat in a row.

Soon, Goswami (25) was run out in the penultimate over,leaving India tottering at 6-104.

Indian required 10 runs off the last over, bowled byDottin, but it proved a tall order for the lower-orderbatswoman.

Leeds [UK], Dec 7 (ANI): Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has praised midfielder Paul Pogba, saying that he is one of the best players in the world when he is in good touch. "Paul is going to play when he gets his fitness. Virat Kohli and co. leave for West Indies

The Virat Kohli led Indian team left for the West Indies for the four-Test series starting July 21st. The team was accompanied by its newly appointed head coach Anil Kumble and other support staff. The 16-member squad will play a tour game against the West Indies Cricket Board President's XI at Warner Park in Basseterre, St Kitts on July 9 and 10.
