Dharamsala gets clearance for Test matches

Shimla: The picturesque stadium of the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) in Dharamsala town is all set to host Test matches with the International Cricket Council (ICC) giving its clearance, an HPCA official said here on Tuesday.
