Afridi, Akmal lose 25 percent salary for not meeting fitness standards

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reportedly fined 12 players including, allrounder Shahid Afridi and batsman Umar Akmal, for failing to meet the new fitness standards set by the board in June.
